For the property owner that may not need the complete Total Property Management package, Castle Properties, Inc. offers the following area-specific services to meet your needs.

• Accounting and Bookkeeping Assistance- Many property owners are comfortable handling the hands-on aspects of property management, but don’t have that same comfort level with the accounting and bookkeeping. For these individuals, we offer a service that will handle all of the bookkeeping and accounting for your property and leave the hands-on tenant relations to you, as the property owner.
• Insurance Assistance- Castle Properties, Inc. can help your business with all of its insurance needs. We've established relationships with a variety of insurance carriers and can assist you in obtaining the appropriate coverage for your business, at a fair price.
• Maintenance Assistance- This service is offered for the property owner that is comfortable with the accounting and bookkeeping aspects of property management, but who could use some assistance in the area of facilities maintenance. We’ll take that responsibility off of your hands by agreeing to oversee this area of your property. Specific items included with this service are frequent property visits and inspections, scheduling and oversight of routine and non-routine maintenance, grass cutting, landscaping, snow removal, power sweeping, etc., and serving as a reliable and always available contact for your tenant and their maintenance concerns.
• Project Management- This service is ideal for the property owner looking to undertake a significant project that they don’t have the time or expertise to oversee. We’ll assign a project manager to your project that will handle the project from beginning to end. The project manager will coordinate with subcontractors to obtain quotes for the work you desire and then discuss those quotes with you to ensure that you’re comfortable with the price and subcontractor that will be performing the work. Once the work is in progress, the project manager will diligently oversee the project until completion; keeping you, the property owner, aware of all pertinent items during the project.
