Founded in 1975 as Castle Contracting Company, Inc. today Castle Properties, Inc. celebrates over 33 years of service in the Evansville Metropolitan Area as a premier real estate development and property managment company.

Beginning as a general contracting company, Castle Properties has grown and now currently manages self-owned properties as well as properties owned by others. These managed properties include office, warehouse, light-industrial/manufacturing, retail, specialty service and distribution.
